Bryan Cranston has portrayed a number of iconic characters throughout his career, but if the actor had his choice, he would be tackling the role of a living legend next. The former ‘Breaking Bad’ star was recently asked if there was anyone he would be interest in portraying in a biopic, and his answer will definitely get many Texans excited. The actor said he wants to play Willie Nelson in a movie.
Throughout his career, Bryan Cranston has led a number of biopics, previously playing writer Dalton Trumbo and president Lyndon B. Johnson. However, it’s another Texas legend the actor wants to give a try next. Discussing potential future roles, Cranston picked Willie Nelson, saying “The hair and the beard. I think there's some physical resemblance. He's very old and wrinkled, and I can relate to that, so I wouldn't have to wear a lot of makeup."

According to People, nothing is in the works at this time. However, if a script comes around, they may already have the perfect actor for the role. Now Hollywood just needs to make it happen, so the world can see what a Bryan Cranston version of Willie Nelson is like.
