While Cards Against Humanity has proven to become a very popular card game for friends looking for a laugh during game night, this is no joking matter.

The makers of the card game have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk and Space X for allegedly trespassing and damaging a plot of land they own in Texas.

According to FOX 7 in Austin, Cards Against Humanity says that SpaceX has essentially treated the game company's property, located in Cameron County, as its own for at least the past six months.

The lawsuit alleges that Space X, who had previously acquired other areas around the property, has placed construction materials on the land without asking permission to do.

Cards Against Humanity previously purchased the plot of land in Texas in 2017 as a stunt to oppose former president Donald Trump's efforts to build a border wall.

SpaceX did not respond to a request for comment.
