The fast food industry can be extremely competitive, but when it comes to customer service, Chick-fil-A remains the gold standard. However, it appears some have finally found something at the fast food chain worth complaining about. A number of customers have complained recently about exploding packets of Chick-fil-A's Polynesian sauce, but apparently this issue has been going on for years.
A Reddit post went viral recently after a Chick-fil-A customer complained their packets of Polynesian sauce exploded after months sitting in the refrigerator. While some were shocked to hear about this, others claimed they've experienced the same thing. "They just easily explode. Not sure why," said one commenter.
While most didn't have an explanation for the exploding sauce packets, including some that claimed to be former Chick-fil-A employees, plenty online were willing to give their own theories. One commenter claimed it could be "something acidic in the sauce that eats through the packaging." Whatever it is, Chick-fil-A better solve the problem before another chain takes advantage of their sauce packet mistake.
