There are many ways to travel around Dallas. While most go by car, there is also the DART rail, DART buses and ride share services. However, one mode of transportation it seems rarely gets used are bicycles. In fact, a recent survey found that the city of Dallas ranks as the least bicycle-friendly city in America.

A new survey on bikeability unveiled their list of the most bicycle friendly cities in the United States, and while a number of Texas cities were scattered throughout the list, Dallas ranked last in their findings. According to Dallas Culture Map, Dallas had a bikeability score of 49 out of a possible 100. The survey found that Dallas has 80 percent fewer bike commuters than the average city with only 0.1 percent of workers commuting by bicycle.

Dallas doesn’t help its score much with 75 percent fewer bike shops and 16 percent fewer bike trails than the average city as well. Overall the most bicycle-friendly city in Texas was Austin, with Portland, Oregon taking the top spot on the list. Even as the least bicycle-friendly city, most in Dallas still rather have bikes than E-scooters.
