However, a rare clip that recently resurfaced has many fans wondering how they missed this. In the clip, Michael J Fox gets some last minute tips as he prepares to play guitar in a scene, as Huey Lewis looks on very impressed.
As seen in the clip that has since gone viral, Michael J Fox is getting ready to play Huey Lewis and the News’ ‘Power of Love,’ for the film’s Battle of the Bands scene, as famed guitar teacher Paul Hanson makes some last minute adjustments. While Fox may not be known for his guitar skills, Huey Lewis is shown in the clip looking on, encouraging Fox along the way.
Huey Lewis can even be heard saying "Perfect," and "That's great, Michael” in the clip as Fox plays. According to Movie Web, the clip also shows director Robert Zemeckis giving Lewis some acting tips. For fans of ‘Back to the Future’ this behind the scenes look was enough to make them want to watch the film for the 1,000th time.
