Towards the end of last year, Chuy's announced they would be closing their location on McKinney Ave north of downtown Dallas and moving to a new site off Greenville Ave.

Now we know what will be taking its place.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Dallas developer Trammell Crow Co. and its partners are planning to build a new 12-story luxury office tower.

The new building, called "Knox & McKinney," will be 300,000 square feet and will feature offices and retail space.

Cynthia Langhorst, global head of communications for Trammell Crow, said in a statement that the owners are excited about the new project thanks to "robust retail demand" in the neighborhood.

Knox & McKinney is estimated to open sometime in 2028.
