There is no shortage of incredible museums to visit in North Texas, and one of the most unique is the Museum of Illusions, located off Ross Ave. in downtown Dallas.
However, you won't be able to purchase a ticket to visit, at least for a couple of months, as the museum has temporarily closed for a massive expansion!
A "BIGGER, BETTER, and even MORE mind-blowing experience" is what the museum promises this expansion will bring, with a grand re-opening scheduled for March 2025.
Per the Dallas Observer, the Museum of Illusions first opened in September 2019, and is a proclaimed "edutainment" venue, whuch invites visitors to "enjoy mind-blowing experiences and fun photo opps — while unlocking the mysteries behind the science of optical illusions."
