For 70 years, Stan’s Blue Note has been serving up drinks to the metroplex. Now, the oldest bar in Dallas wants to properly celebrate their anniversary with an epic party. Next month, the bar will throw an event complete with complimentary buffet, open bar, live music, and the chance to fight back against Alzheimer’s.
On Saturday, July 29, Stan’s Blue Note on Lower Greenville will celebrate 70 years in the metroplex. The anniversary celebration will be presented in partnership with BvB Dallas, a nonprofit organization raising money for Tackling Alzheimer’s DFW beneficiaries. Tickets to the VIP party are currently on sale.
According to Blue Ribbon News, party-goers will be treated to cocktails and kegs of beer throughout the night. Guests can expect to see music from Griffin Holtby and Dallas-based 90s cover band, Booty and the Hoefish. Hopefully this party turns out better than most 70th birthday parties.
