A 28-story tower in the Dallas Arts District has just unveiled one of the most luxurious homes in the city.
The top floor of the Hall Arts Residences, located at 1747 Leonard St., was recently listed on Zillow for a cool $14.9 million.
Hall Group CEO Craig Hall told the Dallas Morning News, “We built here because I want to live here, and we do live in this building, and we love it. This is the largest contiguous arts district in the United States and the Arts District is incredible.”
The Sky Terrace Penthouse includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and has about 5,130 square feet of interior space and a roughly 2,330-square-foot rooftop terrace.
Hall Arts is a mixed-use development in Dallas’ Arts District, which includes KPMG Plaza at Hall Arts, the Texas Sculpture Walk, Hall Arts Hotel, and Hall Arts Residences.
