The war between Dallas and Houston just continues. From on-field tension between the Rangers and Astros, to an off-the-field in the restaurant industry.
According to a new report from Betway, Dallas ranked as one of the most expensive cities in the U.S. to buy a hamburger. Houston ranked in as one of the cheapest.
Over 50 cities were analyzed, with the rankings being determined based on "the average price for a burger and the number of burger restaurants to crown the cheapest and most expensive cities."
Based on these metrics, Dallas ranked as the tenth-most expensive place to buy a burger, with the average cost coming in at $13.68. The top ten most expensive cities is as follows:
1 – San Francisco - $16.83
2 – Seattle - $16.68
3 – Miami - $16.50
4 – Raleigh - $15.86
5 - San Diego - $15.59
6 - El Paso - $15.01
7 - Austin $14.56
8 - Detroit - $14.15
9 - Tulsa - $13.98
10 - Dallas - $13.68
And the ten cheapest cities include:
1 – Philadelphia - $10.17
2 – Milwaukee - $10.69
3 – Chicago - $10.92
4 - Los Angeles - $11.22
5 – Louisville - $11.23
6 - San Antonio - $11.24
7 – Fresno - $11.29
8 – Houston - $11.43
9 - New York City - $11.49
10 – Washington - $11.52
