The most expensive home in North Texas has once again hit the market.
The Crespi Estate, which was built almost 90 years ago for an Italian count, hit the market earlier this week for a listed price of $64 million!
The listing is being handled by Dallas-based Pogir and Diane DuVall of Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty. Pogir said of the home, "It's like you're in another city. You're not even in Dallas." Pogir said. "You don't even know. You can't see any buildings. You can't hear anything. It's beautiful — magical."
According to the Dallas Morning News, some of the previous owners of the estate include former Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers owner Tom Hicks, banker Andrew Beal, and developer Mehrdad Moayedi.
The 27,000-square-foot mansion has 10 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and five partial baths, and amongst its luxuries, includes two wine cellars, a sensory deprivation float tank, a panic room, A 3,300-square-foot guest home, a greenhouse, and a 4,800-square-foot pool house and recreation complex that features a 19-seat theater in the basement, complete with a reel room and a concession counter.
There's also a lighted helipad, a country club-size pool, a creek, and a waterfall on the property.
