Almost every driver has experienced the feeling of being stuck in traffic and all of a sudden they have to use the bathroom with no toilet around. This is a big problem for truck drivers, as pulling over often costs them valuable time on their delivery. Luckily, one trucker recently invented a portable urinal to help solve the problem.

A truck driver from Dallas recently submitted a design for a portable urinal to InventHelp’s Dallas sales office in hopes of getting the product licensed or sold to manufacturers and marketers. According to CW33, the product will allow truck drivers to have an effective way to save time as opposed to pulling over to find a bathroom. “I’m a truck driver and I wanted to create a simple way to urinate without leaving the truck cab, so I invented the TRUCKER’S PORTABLE URINAL. My design eliminates the need to continually pull off the highway to locate and use a public restroom,” said the inventor.

Not much is known about the product; however a release claims it features “a practical design that is easy to use so it is ideal for truck drivers, professional drivers, travelers, etc.” The product also is producible in design variations and a prototype is available. Hopefully this product puts an end to drivers making the side of the road their personal bathroom.
