Maneuvering through DFW Airport may be difficult, but any activity is made better when you get to meet dogs, right?
Unless that is you’re carrying anything illegal, but DFW Airport’s drug-sniffing pooch Bolt, a German shorthaired pointer, has just won the TSA’s annual Cutest Canine Contest.
According to CultureMap Dallas, all entrants in the contest were drug-sniffing dogs, and the winner was decided based on votes from travelers on social media.
Daphne Wang, Bolt’s handler, described him as “such a character and a hard-working little guy.”
She said in a release, “He absolutely loves his job and coming to work. I am so happy he gets to show the world his quirky personality. It’s definitely an adventure working with Bolt every day.
“There is nothing ordinary about him. He works hard and plays even harder. He is always in working mode, even at home. He is never short on energy and is always 1,000 percent excited to go to work.”
