Over the last few years, a number of cities across the country were hit hard economically. Whether it’s due to supply chain issues, business struggles, rising prices or any other factor, a struggling economy can impact an entire community. Luckily, a new study has named multiple DFW cities in the top 50 most resilient US economies, with one city taking the number two spot overall.

SmartAsset recently conducted a study to find the cities with the most resilient economies in 2022. The study looked at how these cities dealt financially in recent years, and how they have handled recent inflation.
What they found was small to mid-sized cities were the most resilient, especially some in DFW.

According to CW33, Frisco was named the number two most resilient economy in the country. Some other DFW cities making the list were McKinney at 16, Denton at 20, Plano at 31, Lewisville at 41 and Carrollton at 43. Based on these stats, it’s no wonder people continue to move to DFW.
