Dickies Arena in Fort Worth has only been open since 2019, but it is already one of the most successful venues in the world. A recent report named it the number two arena that can hold between 10,001 and 15,000 people. Already this year the venue has grossed almost $40 million.
Billboard Magazine recently unveiled their Midyear Touring Report, which consists of box-office ticket sales data submitted by promoters and venues. On their list of venues that can hold between 10,001 and 15,000 people, Dickies Arena ranked number two, only trailing the OVO Hydro Arena in Glasgow, Scotland.
According to WFAA, the study looked at data from Nov. 1, 2022, to April 30, 2023 and in that time Dickies Arena had almost $40 million in gross income and over 600,000 attendees within about 80 shows. With even more big names coming to Dickies Arena this year, those numbers are expected to increase. Soon, Dickies Arena may be considered the best venue in the world.
