Most North Texans already know there is no better corn dog than DFW’s own Fletcher’s Corny Dogs. Now, thanks to a new report the rest of the world is about to find that out as well. In Honor of National Corn Dog Day, which was Saturday, Taste Atlas unveiled a list of the best corn dogs in the world, and Fletchers was at the very top of the list.
Fletcher’s Corny Dogs have been a State Fair of Texas tradition for many years, but as the brand continues to grow, they may soon find new fans all over the globe. That’s because a recent ranking of the best corn dogs in the world ranked Fletcher’s as the top choice. Following Fletcher’s on the list was another Texas spot for corn dogs, Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill in Austin.
According to CW33, the other corn dog destinations on the list were Little Red Wagon in Anaheim, Bangers & Lace in Chicago, Crif Dogs in New York City, Pronto Pup in Grand Haven and Cozy Dog Drive Inn in Springfield. As for Fletcher’s, thanks to this list even more people will now be coming to DFW to get a taste of the world’s greatest corn dog.
