Texas is no slouch when it comes to great restaurants all over the state, one of which is right here in Dallas.
Palmer's Hot Chicken off Mockingbird serves delicious hot chicken, catfish, shrimp, and more, and is owned by restaurateur Palmer Fortune.
Fortune runs a sister restaurant to Palmer's, Porch on the coast of Georgia. And it is Porch that drew the attention of celebrity chef Guy Fieri, and his television show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.
Fieri traveled to Georgia to visit Porch and cook with Palmner, and the episode will feature many of the same items you can find at Palmer's since the two restaurants have pretty identical menus.
According to the Dallas Morning News, Palmer's episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives is set to air on the Food Network February 2.
