Over the last few years, there have been a number of immersive art shows that have come through DFW, bringing the work of iconic artists to life. Now, from the same people that brought Immersive Van Gogh to the metroplex, an immersive Disney show is set to premiere next month. ‘Disney Animation: Immersive Experience’ will be located at Lighthouse ArtSpace Dallas and is set to premiere April 20.

When ‘Disney Animation: Immersive Experience’ comes to town next month, guests will get to experience some of their favorite Disney films in a completely new way. The show will present the music and artistry of Disney classics ‘The Lion King,’ ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Pinocchio,’ along with more recent films ‘Encanto,’ ‘Zootopia’ and ‘Frozen.’ According to Dallas Morning News, the show will feature interactive elements like responsive floor designs and custom bracelets that light up in sync with the presentation.

“Like so many of us, I have a life-long love of Disney films, and it has been quite a nostalgic rush seeing those films come to life at Lighthouse ArtSpace venues across North America,” said Corey Ross, Lighthouse Immersive Studios founder. Tickets for the show go on sale next week. Soon, Disney fans will get to see their favorite movies in a whole new way.
