For years, fans of the film ‘Titanic’ have questioned a major part of the film’s ending. While the 1997 film is beloved by many, some still question if Leonardo DiCaprio’s character, Jack, had to die at the end. Now, director James Cameron has finally put an end to the debate, using forensic analysis to prove Jack could not survive on the door with Rose.
While James Cameron is currently promoting his new film, ‘Avatar: The Way of Water,’ he still can’t avoid questions about arguably his most iconic movie, ‘Titanic.’ Luckily, that could soon come to an end, as Cameron conducted a "scientific study" that proves the raft couldn't have been shared. “We have since done a thorough forensic analysis with a hypothermia expert who reproduced the raft from the movie and we're going to do a little special on it that comes out in February,” said the director.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Cameron's experiment is going to air on National Geographic Valentine's Day weekend in 2023. "Maybe… maybe… after 25 years, I won't have to deal with this anymore,” joked Cameron.
While he may want that, knowing ‘Titanic’ fans, that is highly unlikely.
