Keanu Reeves has had a career resurgence over the last few years thanks to the ‘John Wick’ movie franchise. However, his latest gig is giving fans a major blast from the past. While Reeves isn’t set to bring back anymore of his iconic characters, over the weekend he reunited with his former band, Dogstar, to perform for the first time in over 20 years.

On Saturday, Keanu Reeves’ band, Dogstar, performed at Napa Valley’s BottleRock Festival playing 12 songs from the band’s two albums. According to Rolling Stone, the band consists of Reeves on bass, fellow actor Robert Mailhouse on drums and guitarist/vocalist Bret Domrose. “I missed playing together, I missed writing together, I missed doing shows together. It’s something I’ve always missed,” said Reeves.

Keanu Reeves first announced he was reuniting with Dogstar back in July 2022. Now that they have completed their first show, many fans are hoping to see more in the future and maybe some new music as well.
