For people with hobbies such as puzzles or crafts, there is nothing worse than getting half way through the project only to discover there is a piece missing. This is something LEGO fans deal with quite a bit, though usually it’s because they misplaced a piece after pouring them all out at once.
However, when one customer realized there was a piece missing from the ‘Star Wars’ set he recently purchased, he reached out to the company, and in return received a hilarious ‘Star Wars’ themed response.

There have been many ‘Star Wars’ and LEGO collaborations over the years, but one of the more popular is the expensive, and hard to find, ‘Mos Eisley Cantina’ set. Luckily for one fan, he recently found the set at Target and quickly bought it. However according to Inc.com, halfway through the project he discovered a bag of pieces from the 3,000 piece set was missing.

After reaching out to LEGO to get a replacement, the customer received an email from the company saying “This must be the work of Lord Vader. Fear not, for I have hired Han to get that bag right out to you. Have a bricktastic day and may the force be with you.” Now that’s taking customer service to another level.
