Earlier this month, the Mesquite City Council voted to bring a new Main Event entertainment center to the Town East Mall!
The venue will take over the space formerly occupied by a Sears, which according to WFAA was the last Sears to close in North Texas.
The 58,000-square-foot facility will feature escape rooms, a restaurant, bowling alleys and arcade games.
The Sears at Town East Mall closed in 2021 and has sat vacant ever since.
