Celebrity encounters are pretty rare here in DFW, but when they do happen it usually gives that person a story to tell for years. Luckily for North Texans, one of the biggest stars in the world will be in the metroplex on Friday, so plenty will have the chance to get a story of their own. Mark Wahlberg will be at Spec’s in Dallas on Friday for a special bottle signing event to promote his tequila brand.
Spec’s in Dallas is quickly becoming a celebrity hot spot, as a few weeks after Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul were at the store to promote their alcohol brand, Mark Wahlberg will do the same this weekend. The actor will be signing bottles of his Flecha Azul Tequila. According to Dallas Culture Map, the event will begin at 3 P.M. but fans are encouraged to arrive early to wait in line.
The Spec’s is located at 9500 N Central Expy #200 and admission is free. As for the tequila, it is available in five expressions: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Añejo Cristalino and Extra Añejo. Whether there for tequila or Wahlberg, the event should be enjoyable for all.
