As anyone who has ever bought a house knows, it’s nearly impossible to find a home that includes everything the buyer wants. Of course, money often solves that issue as is the case of a home in Decatur that recently hit the market. The massive home features just about every amenity imaginable, and all that’s stopping most from calling it home is the $14.25 million price tag.
Texas recently got a new entry onto the list of the 10 most expensive listings in the state, as a 25.3-acre estate about an hour northwest of Dallas recently hit the market. While technically located in Decatur, the home is 20 acres away from its closest neighbor. According to Dallas Culture Map, the home features its own 200-panel solar farm, a helipad and hangar that can fit two helicopters, movie theater, two pools, a gaming area, multiple sports courts and its own driving range.
The five bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathroom was built in 2017 and takes up 9,600-square-feet on two floors. Known as La Casa de Fe, the home can also be purchased fully furnished. Whoever ends up with this house will likely spend years trying all their new things for the first time.
