Summer is in full swing, which for many means countless hours spent by the pool. Luckily for those that can’t get enough pool time, a new study has found that Texas has some of the most pool friendly cities in the country.
Storage Café recently conducted a study to find the best cities for pool lovers, and unsurprisingly Texas was well represented. The study looked at the number of pools in each city compared to the population, and what they found was DFW is very pool friendly. According to CW33, Plano ranked as the best city for pool lovers in Texas, and 8th best in the country.
Irving also made the cut at number 17 on the list. As for Plano, they got their ranking thanks to nearly every apartment complex having a pool, a third of homes and condos for sale including pools and for having 3 public pools per 100,000 residents. Luckily for those in the metroplex, they don’t have to go far to find a pool.
