There is yet another massive lottery jackpot up for grabs, as this time it’s the Powerball that continues to rise. After no winning tickets were sold for last week’s drawing, the prize has been raised to $747 million ahead of Monday’s drawing. The prize would be the ninth largest in US lottery history.
On Monday, the Powerball will draw numbers for what could end up being one of their largest prizes ever. This comes after a string of large jackpots, including the $1.35 billion Mega Millions jackpot last month. According to CBS DFW, the last Powerball went all the way up to $2 billion before a winning ticket was sold last November.

The drawing Monday night will take place at 10:59 P.M. ET. The odds of winning are just 1 in 292.2 million. Maybe this will be someone in DFW’s lucky day.
