Nobody likes losing, right?  It’s not a great feeling.  Remember the Rangers and Cardinals in 2011?  Not fun.

And it seems that Texans are some of the worst when it comes to acting like a “good sport” after a defeat.

A study on the website Captain Gambling found that 40% of Texans admit to being a “sore loser” and not taking losses well.  The survey found that Texans admitted to feeling “frustrated and disappointed when losing a game,” and that the most common response to losing a game was for Texans to “laugh it off.”

The states that seem to accept defeat the most: Utah and Iowa.

Captain Gambling found that only 17% of residents in these states say they feel upset when they lose.

The worst though: Arkansas, where an astonishing 83% of people consider themselves sore losers!
