56-year-old Arturo Villareal was sitting in his car with his two granddaughters at a Dollar Tree in Spring, TX when he got into a confrontation with another driver.
A verbal spat was had, until the other man whipped the burrito he was apparently enjoying before the altercation at Villareal's car.
In retaliation, Villareal whipped his car around and "intentionally rammed his vehicle into the other driver's vehicle, causing major damages."
According to The Independent, Villareal was taken into custody on a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His bond was set at $7,500.
The other man was not arrested despite throwing the burrito as it did not cause any damage.
