Any time a home hits the open market, the previous owners try to find some special attribute that may attract potential buyers. That shouldn't be difficult for the owners of a massive ranch in Texas that recently went up for sale, as the property comes with a little bit of Texas history. Not only does the ranch feature tons of land and animals, it was also once used by the Von Erich family as a wrestling practice facility.

Hickory Wind Farm in Chandler, Texas is a 600 acre property that was recently listed for $17 million. According to Dallas Culture Map, the home comes with 36 cows, six Quarter Horses, and one donkey. While the animals are a pretty nice touch, the real selling point is the connection the home has to the legendary Von Erich family. The east Texas home was built in the 1970s for the family to use for wrestling practice.

According to Local legend, the Von Erichs would practice in a wrestling ring set up inside a shed on the property. Along with the history, the home also features two barns, a covered shooting range, an eight-acre lake with a boat dock and fishing pier, a boathouse, three boat slips, five ponds, and a high-fenced area geared toward animals. For wrestling fans with some money to blow, this may be their perfect home.
