When picking a favorite restaurant there are many factors one may take into account. Some focus on the cuisine, others think about the restaurant’s atmosphere, but far too often an extremely important aspect gets overlooked; bathroom cleanliness. Now, a Texas restaurant has been named as one of the 10 finalists for the restaurant with the cleanest restrooms in the US.
Business supplies company, Cintas, recently unveiled their finalist for the restaurants with the cleanest bathrooms in America, and Eberly in Austin made the cut. Eberly is an American cuisine restaurant in south Austin, but while the food and drinks are well known, it’s the bathrooms that really sets this restaurant apart from the others. According to KXAN, the finalists were selected based on cleanliness, visual appeal, innovation, functionality and unique design elements.
Voting is currently taking place online and runs through August 31. The winning restaurant will receive a place in America’s Best Restroom Hall of Fame, a restroom cleaning service and $2,500 in facility services or restroom cleaning. Hopefully Eberly takes home the top prize, giving Texas even more bragging rights.
