It’s the middle of summer break for a lot of kids across North Texas, many of whom no doubt have already complained to their parents that they’re bored and have nothing to do.

Sounds like they need a day out at an amusement park.

Thankfully, Texas is home to plenty.  Unfortunately, those parks are also a haven for some of the longest lines in the nation.

A new Google review analysis shows that Texas has four of the top 50 theme parks in the nation with the longest lines.

Schlitterbahn Waterpark in new Braunfels ranked No. 6, Hurricane Harbor in Arlington and Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio tied at No. 14, and Hurricane Harbor Splashtown came in at No. 32.

Only one theme park in Texas ranked in the top ten for shortest lines: Morgan’s Wonderland in San Antonio.
