As anyone currently looking for a home knows; low inventory and soaring demand has made it a seller’s market. Many homes are currently being sold for well above the listed price, which is why one real estate agent decided it was time to see if anyone wanted her “house of horrors.” The Colorado home featuring vandalism, destruction, animal remains, years of neglect, and an intense odor was recently listed for $590,000 and has actually received offers.

Mimi Foster, a real estate agent in Colorado Springs recently listed a home that from the outside looks like the perfect find. Surrounded by houses that normally go for $750,000 to $800,000, the home seems like an incredible deal, until people take a look inside. Thanks to a previous tenant, who trashed the place after being evicted, the home has been covered in spray paint and features a very bad smell, thanks to a freezer in the basement that's full of meat with no electricity.

“If you dream of owning your own little slice of hell and turning it into a piece of heaven, then look no further!" said Foster in the listing. According to CNN, the home has already received cash offers. Hopefully the future homeowners are cool with the smell.
