A Port Arthur, Texas man is under investigation after a video went viral on TikTok showing him using a baby to wipe snow off his car.
According to 12 News, Port Arthur Police believe this constitutes child endangerment, and Police Chief Tim Duriso says they expect an arrest warrant to be issued next week through the Jefferson County District Attorney's office.
The police say the baby was three months old. The video shows two women watching the man, one of whom is believed to be the baby's mother. Police visited the man's apartment, but he was not there. They checked the baby, who was said to be fine.
Duriso says they are checking into the man's criminal history, and that he's expected to be charged with child endangerment sometime this week.
