With the 16th annual Lone Star Film Festival taking over the Fort Worth Stockyards this weekend, the iconic area is getting a little taste of Hollywood. Of course, the Stockyards are no stranger to the big screen, as it's been featured in a number of films over the years. Now, Fort Worth has launched a new walking tour showing off all of the Stockyards Hollywood connections.

This week, the Fort Worth Stockyards launched their new go-at-your-own pace walking tour, Stars of the Stockyards. According to Dallas Culture Map, the tour features eight stops of famous film sites where celebrities have stepped foot in front of Hollywood cameras. These stops include White Elephant Saloon, Hookers Grill, Cowtown Coliseum and more.

"The Stockyards is a historic and celebrated destination for many reasons, but one that may be lesser known is its popularity as a filming location for some of our favorite movies and TV series," said Ethan Cartwright, VP of marketing for Stockyards Heritage Development Co. Those wanting to take the tour can do so by downloading the PDF tour map on their smart phones via QR codes. For those that can't get to the Stockyards this weekend, don't worry this new tour is here to stay.
