Anytime someone watches a game show from home, a thought crosses their head that says “I can do that.” However, as anyone who has actually performed in one of these games knows, things change when the lights go on. That’s likely the excuse a recent ‘Wheel of Fortune’ contestant will be using to explain how she botched a simple puzzle of a classic Eddie Money song that cost her a trip to Hawaii.

During a recent episode of ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Contestant Antoinette Myers went on a hot streak, nailing letter after letter for a puzzle in the “song title” category. The board showed “TWO TICKETS TO _ _ R_ _ ISE” when Myers made a major mistake that cost her the game. According to New York Post, the contestant attempted to buy a vowel, “U,” giving another contestant the chance to solve the puzzle.

The next player quickly answered correctly, naming the Eddie Money song, “Two Tickets to Paradise.” Sadly, the mistake cost Myers a trip to Hawaii and the game as she fell $4,000 short of the final round. Maybe next time she will brush up on her 80s music before appearing on TV.
