Dozens of residents were displaced by a fire at an apartment building in Washington County overnight.
The fire began in the 6th floor kitchen of the Thomas Campbell apartments in South Strabane Township.
The fire chief says at least 4 people were taken to the hospital.
At least 44 people cant go back inside the building.
The state police fire marshall is investigating the cause.
