That can be a tough thing to handle on your own, but you don't have to do it solo.

Resolve Crisis Services is a partnership between Allegheny County and UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital that makes a crisis team available to help you with issues big or small.

Anyone living in Allegheny County can access the services anytime by phone: 1-888-796-8226 or by visiting their walk-in crisis center at 333 North Braddock Ave.
