Police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting in Carrick last month.
23-year-old Elijah Terry-Smith is accused of shooting and killing 48-year-old Michael Flaherty on April 3.
Police were called to the 500 block of Maytide Street and found Flaherty who was shot in the chest. He died on scene.
On Tuesday morning, police arrested Terry-Smith at a home in Penn Hills. He was taken to the Allegheny County jail and charged with homicide.
