A McKees Rocks man is wanted for arson.
28-year-old Andre Quinones is accused of starting a fire earlier this month at a duplex on Island Avenue in Stowe Township.
Four firefighters were injured when the building collapsed.
Quinones is also wanted for a fight at Pittsburgh International earlier the same day.
