Greg’s Oregon friends used to call him "the displaced Southerner." But after more than two decades in Portland, Greg now considers the Pacific Northwest just as much "home" as his native Alabama.
In the run-up to Greg’s long radio career, he worked in A&R, publicity, and promotion for several major record labels, which led to him founding his own independent record company. Since then, he has worked as a marketing and creative consultant, opened two businesses (one on the Oregon Coast and one in Portland), and maintains his state of Oregon Realtor's license. Sometimes he sleeps.
Greg lives in North Portland with his wife Alana, along with their three elderly felines (affectionately known as The Fuzzbillies™) and Biscuit, their senior rescue mutt.
