Yes, I know I look like a doofus with my Pantera cutoff (those sleeves were actually ripped off, FYI) tucked into my sweats. Yes, I know pelvic tilts look like you’re banging.

Now that we got that outta the way, hopefully you’ll try this awesome drill out for #MobilityMonday. Controlling, and being aware of, your pelvic position is important no matter how active you are. Your entire spine sits on your pelvis. It can quite literally be the root of your back problems.

Try this out to help:

After doing these, you may notice yourself being more aware of how your pelvis sits and how that affects your low back throughout the day. Cool. Play around with it. It’s a fun game. You might find yourself in more comfortable positions. Right on.
