December 6, 2023 at 3:00pm ET through December 6, 2023 at 7:00pm ETFor the “Win A $25 Ingles Markets Gift Card” on-site contest, listen for the on-air announcement of an Ingles Markets-related clue question on December 6, 2023 between 3:00 p.m. ET to 7:00 p.m. ET relating to an Ingles Markets product and visit Ingles Markets, 10903 Anderson Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673, on December 6, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. ET to 7:00 p.m. ET and locate The Fan Upstate table inside of Ingles Markets and complete an official entry form with your clue answer and place the completed entry form in the entry collection box. On or around 7:00 p.m. ET, on December 6, 2023, the Station will randomly draw one (1) entry from all correctly-submitted entries collected to that point as a potential winner, and attempt to contact each potential winner by calling or sending a text to the phone number from which entrants provided on their entry form at the time of registration. Upon verification, the winner in this contest will receive one (1) Ingles Markets gift card in the amount of $25.00 (the “Prize”). The Prize is valued at $25.00 and is courtesy of Ingles Markets. There will be a total of one (1) winner in this contest.

Any prize that is awarded in the form of a gift certificate or gift card, the use and/or redemption of such certificate or card may be subject to additional terms and restrictions, including without limitation expiration date, specific locations at which such certificate or card may be redeemed, may be based on availability and may include black-out periods, restrictions or excluded items (i.e., tax, tips, alcoholic beverage, or goods from a particular manufacturer). Gift certificates are only redeemable at the locations for which they are specified.
b. Any prize involving the award of a gift card will be fulfilled by mail approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date upon which the winner completes and submits all documents required by Contest Administrator.
