The Upstate is home to so many Atlanta Braves fans it's no doubt this area is Braves Country when it comes to Major League Baseball. Fans of the Braves suffered through the championship drought that ended in 2021 after 26 long years. Upstate area Braves fans will get a chance to celebrate as the team rolls into the area later this month.

The Braves have announced they will be in Clemson Sunday February 27th as part of their World Champions Trophy Tour. The tour stop will be part of the game day festivities at Doug Kingsmore as Clemson hosts the University of Hartford.
