The Chiefs scored points on every possession in the 2nd half. QB Patrick Mahomes finished 21 of 27 passing for 182 yards and three TD's. KC played virtually mistake free and did not turn the ball over. They also took advantage of Philly's lone turnover when Chiefs LB Nick Bolton returned a fumble for a TD.

A controversial late penalty against the Eagles with the game tied put Kansas City in range to hit a 27 yard Field Goal in the closing seconds to win it.

Mahomes was named MVP of Super Bowl 57. He's now a two time Super Bowl Champion, Two Time Super Bowl MVP and had won two League MVP's, at the age of 27. Kansas City becomes just the 2nd team in history to win a Super Bowl after trailing by 10 or more at the half.
