Clemson Baseball has been red hot in the last few weeks of the regular season. The Tigers have won 12 straight games and an increased offensive output has been key, as they have scored 3 or more runs in each of those wins.
Clemson is 17-1 in their last 18 games coming into this week's ACC Tournament. They look to keep that momentum going into postseason play. The Tigers will take on Virginia Tech Wednesday night at 7 PM to open their Tournament slate.
The ACC Tournament is a pool play format with four, three team pools. The winners of those four pools will then meet in the Semifinals, which is a single elimination format. Clemson's 2nd pool play game is set for Friday at 11 AM against Boston College.
It shapes up to be a good draw for Clemson, as they are 5-1 combined this year against the two teams in their pool. The Tigers swept Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, earlier this month and took two of three from BC, in late April.
Clemson is looking to win their first ACC Tournament Title since 2016.
