
Clemson has now dropped their second straight conference game, for the 1st time this season. The Tigers fell at home to 23rd ranked Miami, 78-74 on Saturday. The game was tied at 35 going into the halftime locker room.

Miami outscored Clemson 21-9 in the 1st 8:50 of the second half to take thier largest lead of the game, at 56-44. Clemson then fought and clawed back, with a 21-12 stretch over the next 8 minutes. That put the Tigers down just three at 68-65 with 2:50 left to play.
Miami would ice the game by going 8 of 10 from the free throw line in the final minutes. That preserved the 78-74 win at Littlejohn. All five of Miami's starters were in double figures. Nigel Pack had a game high 20 and Isaiah Wong added 15 for the Hurricanes.
PJ Hall had a team high 19 for Clemson. Hunter Tyson had 13 points and boards, which marks his 12th double-double this season. Seneca High alumnus Brevin Galloway was back in the line up for Clemson, after missing the previous two games. He had 15 in his 1st game back.
With the loss Clemson is now 10-3 in ACC play. They are still in 1st place by a half a game, after Virginia lost to Virginia Tech, Saturday. The Tigers are off until Saturday when they travel to Chapel Hill to take on North Carolina.
