The streak of 12 straight double digit win seasons for Clemson Football is now hanging on by a thread, after the Tigers dropped a nail biter, over the weekend.

Clemson fell 28-20 in Double Overtime at Miami, Saturday night. The game was tied at 7 at the half. The Tigers scored 10 unanswered in the 3rd to lead 17- going into the 4th. Miami scored 10 straight in the final 8 minutes. That included the tying field goal with 1:50 left to play to force overtime.

The two teams traded field goals in the 1st overtime. Miami then scored a TD and got the two point conversion the 2nd OT. Clemson was stopped on 4th and goal from the 1, to give Miami the 28-20 win.

Clemson is now 4-3 overall and 2-3 in ACC play. They would have to win all five of their remaining regular season contests and a bowl game or the streak of ten plus win seasons, that dates back to 2011 would be snapped.

The Tigers are in Raleigh Saturday to take on NC State.
