A former Clemson QB Football standout is set to be enshrined at a bowl game later this month. Quarterback Homer Jordan is set to be inducted into the Orange Bowl's hallowed halls. In 1981, Jordan led Clemson to an undefeated and its first ever National Title. He was named MVP of the Orange Bowl that season when Clemson capped off its season by knocking off powerhouse Nebraska, coached by the legendary Tom Osborne.

This year's other inductees for the Orange Bowl Hall include former ACC Commissioner John Swofford who held that post for well over two decades and Coach Lloyd Carr who led Michigan to the national title in 1997. The trio will be recognized during halftime of this year's Orange Bowl game, between Georgia and Michigan on December 31st.
