Most analysts and pundits around college football thought coming into this season South Carolina would win 5 or 6 games. The Gamecocks can get to the 6 win mark if they win at Missouri Saturday. South Carolina has some momentum after they won handily over Florida. The Gamecocks played their best game of the season and they will look to carry momentum from that.

Missouri is coming off being dismantled at Georgia 43-6, which was no surprise given Georgia's dominance in most every game this season. Mizzou has some weapons on offense and have been productive on that side of the ball. QB Connor Bazelak has thrown for 2,100 yards this season and is completing 68% of his passes. His interception number is a touch high with 8 in 9 games. In the run game, look for them to lean on RB Tyler Baddie who already has rushed for over 1,000 yards. The defensive side is Missouri's Achilles Heel though, they are allowing 37 points per and 470 total yards per game.

Both Coaches spoke during the SEC Teleconference Wednesday. They both spoke on South Carolina having momentum after beating Florida. Beamer feels it could springboard his team but they have to play at the same level going forward. The Gamecocks looked to have found some answers at QB with Jason Brown. South Carolina's offense should be able to do some business against a subpar Missouri defense. The game is set to kick at 4 PM on Saturday. Comments from both coaches heading into Saturday are below. Shane Beamer is first and then Missouri Head Coach Eliah Drinkwitz follows.
