A fast start fueled the South Carolina Gamecocks in an impressive road win, Saturday. The Gamecocks got two defensive TD's in the 1st quarter and led 21-0 after the opening frame.
The two teams traded field goals and the Gamecocks led 24-3. They then got a LaNorris Sellers TD pass and led 32-3 at the half.
Oklahoma then scored a TD after a long drive and SC led 32-9 after the 3rd. The Gamecocks added a late field goal to make the final, 35-9. South Carolina was plus four in turnover margin on the day.
The Gamecocks are 4-3 on the season and 2-3 on the season. South Carolina has a bye week and will host Texas A&M November 2nd.
